The excellent results achieved at the end of the research phase and, successively, the more than 500 subjects who wore the shoes in the past few years, have provided Karuna with the chance to noticeably improve the quality of the leather. To the characteristics related to an exceptional transpirability and an equally high capacity to release moisture, already noted, there are additional qualities regarding softness and final look. Even the choice of shape and model gives priority to comfort (some of the volumes are suited to the insert of orthotic insoles) as well as to antiallergenicity, by means of the elimination of decorative bits and pieces, elastics and the application of synthetics that are in contact with the foot.
